Angel & Associates is committed to producing a product which you will proudly display to colleagues, friends and family.   To this end, we have selected a manufacturer of frames and matting who shares our commitment to quality.   Accordingly, if you purchased our standard frame, and aren’t completely satisfied with your frame within 30 days after receipt of the product, you may obtain a full refund of your purchase price (minus fees for shipping and handling) by simply returning the undamaged framed printing plate to Angel & Associates.   Purchasers of special or custom orders are not covered by this guarantee.  Rather, special and custom orders will be specifically approved before they are purchased and manufactured.  Accordingly, such custom orders may not be returned except in cases in which the product is not manufactured in accordance with the approved custom order.
